Girl Scouts build girls of courage, confidence, and character who make the world a better place.
Girl Scouts of Northern New Jersey serves more than 31,000 girls in Bergen, Morris, Passaic, Sussex, and northern Warren counties with the Girl Scout mission of building girls of courage, confidence, and character who make the world a better place. More than 16,000 adult volunteers mentor girls to help them discover values, connect with diverse groups, and take action to make a difference in our communities. Girls accept the Girl Scout Promise and Law, which allows them to build self-confidence, develop a spirit of volunteerism and leadership, and improve their towns and the world around them through service learning. Troops and meetings are girl-driven. Your support helps GSNNJ keep up with the speed of girls by helping with expenses related to recruiting and retaining girls and volunteers.
